1. When can I expect to receive my order?

Orders placed before 16:00 GMT on business days (Monday–Friday) are processed the same day. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Delivery to the United Kingdom usually takes 6–12 business days from dispatch, so the total expected delivery time is typically 7–15 business days.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s progress.

2. Do customers pay import taxes or customs fees?

No. All orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), meaning there are no additional import fees or taxes charged upon delivery within the United Kingdom.

3. What should I do if my order is delayed?

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact our customer service team so we can assist you.

You may return items within 30 days of delivery.

Customers may inspect items as permitted under UK consumer law. Items returned with signs of excessive handling or damage beyond reasonable inspection may be eligible for a partial refund.

7. How long until a refund is issued?

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
