Morgan Mode operates this website and online store to provide customers in the United Kingdom with access to our products and services (the “Services”).

SECTION 2 – OUR PRODUCTS
We sell physical fashion and accessory products only.
We make reasonable efforts to display product information, images, and descriptions accurately. However, colours, appearance, or fit may vary depending on device display settings, lighting, or manufacturing variations.
Product availability, descriptions, and prices may be updated or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
SECTION 3 – ORDERS
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase our products.
We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. An order is considered accepted once payment has been successfully processed and an order confirmation has been issued.
If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you and issue a refund where applicable.
Your purchases are subject to our return & refund policy.
Orders are for personal or household use only and must not be purchased for resale or commercial purposes.
SECTION 4 – PRICES AND PAYMENTS
All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include UK VAT where applicable.
Standard shipping within the United Kingdom is provided free of charge, unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments and other PCI-DSS compliant payment providers. We do not store or have access to your full payment card details.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders where a clear error has occurred, issuing a full refund if payment has been taken.
SECTION 5 – ORDER PROCESSING, SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
Orders are fulfilled through our logistics and delivery partners and dispatched via established carrier networks.
Delivery within the United Kingdom typically takes 6–12 business days from dispatch.
Including processing, total delivery time is usually 7–15 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays or seasonal demand.
Risk passes to the customer upon successful delivery of the order.
SECTION 6 – CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS & REFUNDS
UK consumers have a statutory right to cancel an order within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with UK consumer law.
In addition, we offer a 30-day voluntary return period from the date of delivery, subject to our return & refund policy.
Returned items should be in their original condition where possible. Customers may inspect items as permitted under UK consumer law.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days after returned items are received and inspected.

All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, logos, designs, and software, is owned by or licensed to Morgan Mode and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any content without prior written permission.
SECTION 8 – OPTIONAL TOOLS AND THIRD-PARTY LINKS

Morgan Mode is powered by Shopify Inc., but all purchases are made directly with Morgan Mode / Imexva B.V.
Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and us. You agree that Shopify shall not be liable for any claims arising from your purchases.

All personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including the UK GDPR.
