Return Window

You may return items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

Items should be returned in their original condition where possible.
Customers may inspect items as permitted under UK consumer law.

Return Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

No customs fees apply to returns within the United Kingdom.

All returns are processed at our United Kingdom returns facility, which is disclosed prior to purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@morgan-mode.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide detailed return instructions and confirmation of the return address.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as customers remain responsible for returned parcels until they are received at our facility.

There are no restocking fees.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email.

Refunds are issued:

  • Only to the original payment method

  • Within 14 business days after inspection and approval

If returned items show signs of excessive handling or damage beyond reasonable inspection, a partial refund may apply.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible after receipt (ideally within 24 hours) at info@morgan-mode.com, including:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item

  • A brief description of the issue

For defective or incorrect items:

  • A free replacement will be provided

  • No return is required

  • No additional costs apply

Right of Withdrawal (UK Law)

This policy does not affect your statutory right to cancel an order within 14 days of delivery under UK consumer law.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before processing begins by contacting info@morgan-mode.com as soon as possible.

Once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched, operational cancellation may no longer be possible.

Cancellation requests are handled within 24 hours on business days, during customer support hours.

Failed Delivery or Address Issues

If a parcel is returned due to failed delivery or an incorrect address:

  • Refunds will exclude outbound shipping and any carrier return-to-sender fees, where applicable

  • Reshipping is available at the customer’s expense
