Cancel my order within a certain period?
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@morgan-mode.com with your order number.
Cancellation requests are handled within 24 hours on business days (Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:00 UK time (GMT/BST)).
Once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched, operational cancellation may no longer be possible. This does not affect your statutory right to cancel an order within 14 days of delivery under UK consumer law. In such cases, you may return the item after delivery in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
